Small Group Leader Training

These sessions provide practical guidance for small group leaders on how to lead healthy, impactful groups. The training covers the purpose and structure of small groups, how to manage group dynamics and challenges, and how to avoid leader burnout. It also emphasizes the importance of mentoring others, applying biblical wisdom, and helping group members recognize and respond to “holy moments” where God can work through everyday opportunities to create spiritual growth and multiplication.
